超級奶媽 坐月期間擠出逾500瓶
· 500多瓶人奶，需要兩個冰箱才裝得下。

（巴生8日訊）甫生育的華裔年輕媽媽坐月一個月內，竟擠出500多瓶母乳！住在百家利的商人袁美菁（31歲）與丈夫陳傑智（34歲，鐵廠工程師）育有2男1女，長女4歲、次子2歲及剛滿月的幼子。袁美菁與丈夫在2004年結婚，3年后在馬大醫院產下長女，當時共擠了360瓶母乳；生次子時擠了420瓶；如今生幼子更是擠了500多瓶，母乳一胎比一胎多。
一台雪櫃專放母乳
為了冷凍超多的母乳，家人特地買了一台雪櫃，專門儲放母乳。袁美菁說，她在婚后第2年懷了第一胎，不料卻被醫生檢驗出胎兒處有一顆水瘤；胎兒一天一天大，水瘤體積也日益增大。她指出，胎儿在腹中活了9週（兩個多月），醫生擔心水瘤爆裂，為安全起見，建議進行人工流產打掉胎兒。
她說，經過細心調理3年后終于受孕，並在馬大醫院產下長女，決定喂孩子喝人奶，沒料到一擠就擠了幾百瓶，令醫生護士都感到很驚訝，其他媽媽也紛紛討教。“由于母乳過多，怕孩子喝不完浪費，便把100瓶母奶捐給醫院，幫助奶水少的媽媽。” 她指出，她瞭解到母乳的珍貴，第二胎起便不再捐助母乳，如今500多瓶母乳讓家中三個小瓜一起享用。她說，每罐瓶子只有三格奶水，3個孩子一起飲用，相信很快就會喝完。她指出，她的家人并沒有奶水多的遺傳，相信是懷孕時期攝取足夠的營養，才會有如此豐足的奶水。她說，漲奶和擠奶雖然辛苦，可是可以為孩子喝人奶，是一件幸福的事，再辛苦也值得。
天然分泌‧不影響健康 ~~~~~母乳多看個人體質

婦女坐月子母乳旺盛純屬個人體質問題，不代表母者出現狀況或對身體造成傷害。
針對巴生一名31歲婦女坐月一個月內，擠出超過500瓶母乳一事，台北中醫院院長（馬來西亞吉隆坡）周韻生博士和大馬聖約翰救傷隊全國總指揮官拿督劉明德醫生一致指出，母乳分泌是天然造成，雖然上述情況較罕見，不過不意味母體健康出現狀況。
周韻生說，體重會影響母乳的分泌量，體型較壯大的婦女，也較能分泌充裕的母乳。均衡的飲食習慣和健康的體魄，也有助母體分泌旺盛的母乳。她說，若母乳的分泌是疾病造成，則另當別論。
劉明德說，嬰兒吸取母乳時，會讓母體產生荷爾蒙，達到收縮子宮的功效。嬰兒吸取母乳時，也會激發母乳持續分泌。
他們建議母乳從母體擠出后，最好讓孩子當天或隔天飲用，避免保存過久，影響母乳的營養價值。 他們說，放在冰箱里冷藏，也要顧及盛裝母乳的瓶子和冰箱里的衛生狀況，尤其是奶瓶須定時消毒。
“冰箱內若放置肉類，細菌就容易導致母乳被氧化和變質。”
